The Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan made recommendations on law enforcement practice on the abolition of state registration of legal entities. In 2016, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan) raised the issue of law enforcement practice on the abolition of state registration of legal entities. In this connection, the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in February of this year prepared recommendations on this category of cases, where judges generally agreed with the position of NCE.
