Who of the entrepreneurs supported the campaign of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs and what can they expect in return?

In September of this year, NCE RK "Atameken" announced the start of the campaign with the talking name "Atamekenym". It was based on ideas, identified in the article of the Head of State - "Bolashak bagdar: Ruhani zhagyru".

The National Chamber decided to support initiatives of business in issues of charity and social responsibility. Tell about good deeds done by entrepreneurs, show worthy examples and spread this "virus" throughout the country.

It's no secret that businessmen always provided support to needy people, and the amounts are calculated in millions of tenge. "Atameken" decided that it was time to form a culture of patronage through stimulating measures for businessmen themselves. Make it so that charity becomes truly targeted, large-scale and effective.

Entrepreneurs responded and supported the campaign. They did not loudly shout about their good deeds, but united to help the needy and call on their colleagues.

One of the first baton of good was picked up by members of the Regional Council of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Atyrau region. Businessmen did not remain indifferent to the problem of Dinara Ertleuova. A woman needs a transplant of internal organs. But where can she get money for an expensive operation, when do you raise a child and give almost all the salary for renting a house? At the first stage, entrepreneurs decided to help get the roof over her head. Together they bought and gave the woman a new apartment.

"Now the Head of State, the Government create all the necessary conditions for the opening and development of business. We are businessmen, we can also render all possible assistance to those who need it. Disinterestedly, at the call of the heart", - says the chairman of the Regional Chamber Aliya Bekkuzhiyeva.

In the Akmola region, the Council of Businesswomen responded to the misfortune of the family, which suffered from a fire. They collected money, products, building materials for repairing the roof.

In Aktyubinsk region, the owner of the school supplies store Lazzat Zhurmaganbetova provided charitable assistance to 35 children from low-income families. She has bought and has presented school goods, clothes, the sports uniforms. The Regional Council of Businesswomen within the framework of Atamekenym organized a campaign of charity and goodness "Warm Feet". 35 children with disabilities received warm clothes, as well as financial assistance.

The health of the child is the most valuable thing in the life of every parent. An entrepreneur from the Kostanay region helped the family pay for the rehabilitation course of the baby with suspicion of cerebral palsy. Members of the Kostanay Club of Patrons paid a medical examination in Moscow for children with a rare disease. The capital's entrepreneurs are helping the needy.

"We support the campaign "Atamekenem". Entrepreneurs do not always talk about good deeds. Of course, this is the right of everyone, each to decide whether to help or not, based on financial possibilities. But when the help comes from a pure heart, it can be a good example for others", stressed Elmira Kadirova, Director General of the Patent Office “Intellectual Kazakhstan”. She constantly buys food, clothes and necessary medicines for families with many children and low-income families.

Indeed, hundreds of examples of good deeds can’t be counted. With the support of Serik Kasymbekov, director of LLP Zhibek Zholy, a 500-square-meter sports and fitness center was built in the village of Kyzylaray. Businessmen from Karaganda region render assistance to the secondary school named after A. Yermekov in the village of Shabanbay. Director of LLP "Nurasyl and K" Ramazan Turar supplied the cabinet of the Kazakh language and literature with new technologies, made repairs and replaced school furniture, allocating 1.5 million KZT for this. The entire family of the entrepreneur and the villagers joined the process.

In the Bukharzhyrau district of the Karaganda region in the village of Kerney, a mosque was built thanks to a businessman-sponsor, and in the village of Yntymak the head of the farm "Yntymak" Tolendy Shaykhin repaired the roof of the school, helped in organizing the cosmetic repair of the sports hall. In addition, the farm acquired 7 houses for its employees.

In the Pavlodar region in the village of Akku, the head of the Zhumabek farm, Mukhamedzhan Ospanov, and the head of the farm “Sanday” Zhaslan Uspanov allocated 160 thousand tenge to low-income residents, and organized the delivery of consumer goods for 90 thousand tenge. They helped lonely pensioners with food, wood and coal.

Temirlan Shainusipov, director of the Akterek village of the Zhambyl district of the Almaty region helped residents to build houses.

Now tens of thousands of people learn about these examples. In social networks, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs launched profile groups "Atamekenym. Spread kindness". Participants can talk about good deeds done by themselves or about the support people receive from businessmen.

Registry as a mirror of vital needs

Another initiative of the National Chamber in the framework of the campaign was the creation of the Register of Social Problems in the context of each region. What it is?

The register is the concentration of actual problems that occur in the regions of the country. This lack of drinking water, roads, communication networks. The problem with the delivery of children to kindergartens and schools, the deficit of preschool institutions, cultural and sports facilities. Now any entrepreneur, going to www.atameken.kz, can voluntarily respond to the problem and provide support. In doing so, track from start to finish, how the allocated funds were spent.

There are now 974 applications in the Register of Social Problems (link). Sorting problems and forming the Register is a permanent process. According to the agreement between NCE RK "Atameken" and the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Civil Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the work is being carried out to unite the Register of Social Problems and the Map of Social Initiatives within the framework of the "Rukhani Jahngyru" Program (link), which is administered by the general project office of the subprogram "Atameken" in all regions of Kazakhstan.

And what in return?

For their disinterested initiatives, businessmen sometimes do not get anything other than "thank you" and this is natural. Entrepreneurs in such situations recall the proverb "did good - throw it into the water." However, world experience shows that the culture of philanthropy is formed not only by good deeds, but also by measures to stimulate charity. For example, in Europe, goods manufactured by socially-oriented companies state explicitly that part of the money for products will be channeled to charity. On the objects erected by business, the names of the companies that helped with financing are fixed.

Atameken proposes to adopt this experience. The first step may be the establishment of a state award - the Order of Paryz for its great contribution to charity and the manifestation of social illuminations. The proposal has already been sent to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

As for the "Paryz" contest, now it allows the participation of enterprises in which the state's share is over 50%, as well as monopolists. However, the subjects of private business help at least as much, and for their own money, which puts them in an unequal competitive environment.

In this regard, the National Council prepared and sent proposals to the Government on improving the conditions of the competition. It is proposed to introduce new nominations: "The best charity project" or "For contribution to the development of society", "The best social entrepreneur". Also, "Atameken" proposes to consider the possibility of assigning citizens' own names to private objects of social infrastructure created as a result of charitable activities.

The National Chamber is sure that all these measures and the "batoon race of good deeds" launched will give a new impetus to charitable initiatives.
