A training room was opened on the basis of LLP "Bereke-Burabay" in the framework of social partnership with the College of tourism and service in the town of Schuchinsk and implementation of the dual training

Its goal - training, retraining, advanced training of college students and food workers by the following qualifications: a "cook" and a "waiter."

"Although the name of it "training room" is not a big one, its status and importance to us – the residents of the town is very great. Today, we need objective conditions for the implementation of educational programs, training, retraining and advanced training, to improve and to enhance the professional skills of student teachers. In addition, based on the training room, to improve their skills, to retrain the specialists of the enterprises", - says Deputy Director of apprenticeship training of the College Tatiana Stasevich.

Within the walls of the training room, it is planned to hold classes on repetition and theoretical study of material, training seminars, workshops, training of trainers, professional skills competitions, etc. In short, there are plenty of plans. Production facilities will play a role of a workshop: hot, cold, pre-cooking worshops, at which will be held practical lessons.

An experienced chef of LLP "Bereke-Burabay" Vadim Zautner will be responsible for the work of the training room. In his opinion, a significant proportion of the educational process is a program focused on "additional training", i.e. testing of professional skills, preparation for work in a particular workplace, at a specific equipment.

According to the deputy director of RCE Aizhan Tazhmievoy, at the beginning of the new academic year, it is planned to open an individual vocational guidance center in Burabay district, which will greatly expand opportunities for all participants in the dual training system. And by the end, the trade union centers will be opened in all regions of the area.
