82 young Aktobe residents got qualification
Graduates of Aktobe colleges that train chefs and confectioners, easily get employed at the best restaurants of Aktobe. Assistance is provided by the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs jointly with the Association of restaurant and hotel business of the region.

On the last day of February students of Aktobe Technical College celebrate graduation, who decided to be pastry chefs and confectioners. The celebration was held at "Zere" restaurant, the owner of which is Banu Tlegenova, who was the chairman of the profile Association. She supports the promotion of youth and engaging of qualified personnel in the industry of hospitality.

Turning to the heroes of the occasion with the wishes, the director of college Lyudmila Kim said: "Every year graduates have something unique. This year was incredibly active in the social life of the institution. It is unique because potential employers expressed a special interest to our children, their representatives are present at this event".

The director of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs Nurlybek Mukanov addressed to the graduates. "Today our region is replenished by young energetic people. I want to note that the catering sphere is developing dynamically. Your profession is always in demand. Earlier this year, the Chamber of entrepreneurs has already conducted an independent certification of graduates of technical college with the involvement of large companies of the region. The main expert then was industry association LLP "Certification Center of the hospitality industry" under the Kazakhstani Association of Hotels and Restaurants. The event was organized for further employment of graduates. Participation of employers themselves in such procedures allows to raise significantly the level of vocational training of graduates and to ensure its compliance with labor market needs".

24 young chefs and confectioners were handed over a certificate of 100% employment. This technique will introduce a tradition to motivate different studies at junior courses.
