The working body of the Council - PF "Foundation for the Support of Youth Entrepreneurship"
The Council for the Development of Youth Entrepreneurship – is an advisory body of NCE RK "Atameken" - designed for the development, peer review and promotion of a set of measures necessary for the development of this sector in Kazakhstan and coordination of cooperation between the state and public structures.
The main tasks of the Council are: the improvement of modern mechanisms for effective support and development of youth entrepreneurship, summarizing the state of affairs in the field of youth entrepreneurship, detection and identification of ways to address the causes that hinder its development, analysis of the current regulatory framework in the field of youth policy, the mechanisms of interaction of subjects of entrepreneurial activity taking into account the peculiarities of the environment, sociological research, creation and implementation of programs and plans of government support and participation in the preparation and publication of annual national report on the state of business activity in Kazakhstan, which is submitted for review to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Council is headed by the Chairman of NCE RK "Atameken".
The Council consists of vice-ministers, deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament, representatives of NGOs, youth organizations and young entrepreneurs.
The Council invites to discuss topical issues the representatives of business, state bodies, the public, non-governmental organizations, political parties, the media, etc. One of the activities of the new body, among other things, is to advise the central and local executive authorities in solving the problems arising in the course of work of young entrepreneurs. The Council cooperates with international organizations.
