About project office
The project office on monitoring the implementation of the Program of preferential loans for priority projects (hereinafter referred to as the Project Office), is a collegial agency. It was established to monitor and follow up the implementation of the instruction of Elbasy on October 5, 2018 on the development of the economy simple things and the provision of long-term tenge liquidity in the amount of not less than 600 billion tenge to solve the problem of affordable lending to priority projects, the program of preferential loans the priority projects, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 11, 2018 No. 820.
In general, the Program will allow increasing the production of 365 types of goods by 2.4 times by 2025 and reducing the share of imports to 37 per cent.
Representatives of the Atameken NCE RK, Kazakhstan Industry Development Institute JSC, the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan, Baiterek NMH JSC are involved in the work of the office.
The project office operates under the Regional Chambers, and it will include representatives of akimats, banks, and Damu branches in the regions. Meetings will be held on a weekly basis.
