The result of the "Bastau Business" project should be the launch of 3000 new business entities throughout Kazakhstan. The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken" during April 1-15, 2017, within the framework of the Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship, launches the Entrepreneurship Training Project “Bastau Business”. The "Bastau Business" project, which was adopted as a training format for the second direction of this program, will cover 15,000 unemployed and self-employed in 80 districts of Kazakhstan. The result of the project should be the launch of 3000 new business entities and, accordingly, the creation of new jobs. The launch of the project was preceded by the preparatory work: a pool of 100 business coaches was trained, training classes were provided, training schedules were formed, a contact center for the project was formed, and working groups were set up to implement the project in the regional chambers of entrepreneurs and regional branches of RCE. "Bastau Business” project was included within the Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship, having established itself as an effective training format in the pilot mode in 2016. The interest to the project is enormous - about 3,000 people took part in the testing in 4 days", - said Eldar Zhumagaziev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs Atameken. - "Microcrediting conditions are attractive for start-ups - 6 percent per annum. The existence of a guarantee system from the state and the establishment of a maximum loan amount of up to 18 million tenge make the project more attractive". It should be emphasized that the training format is practical and consists of 12 modules. During the training, the participant acquires the necessary knowledge to open a new and to expand the existing business, under the guidance of the business coach for 80 hours of training, as well as individual consultations (120 hours per group). The project participants prepare business plans with our assistance, which they defend in front of regional Commission under RCE. Training is preceded by online testing to determine inclinations to entrepreneurship. For the first time, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs conducted a large-scale training of more than 100 candidates for business trainers on a special program on the basis of the Higher School of Economics of KazSLU with the involvement of business trainers, representatives of financial institutions - JSC "Fund for Financial Support for Agriculture", "Agrarian Credit Corporation" , As well as specialists of NCE "Atameken", interested ministries and departments.
