The most advanced enterprises participate in the competition for the award of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Altyn Sapa" on annual basis, which confirms the high quality of their products. In 2017, five Pavlodar enterprises applied for participation in the contest. As the head of the project support department of the regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs Murat Kabylbekov told, "Altyn Sapa" is a national award for achievements in the field of quality. Individual entrepreneurs, and legal entities that produce goods or provide services compete in it.

 "The essence of the competitions is to show consumers the leaders of quality. In our region, there are many enterprises that can be proud of, as the products they produce have repeatedly proven excellent quality", - notes Murat Kabylbekov.

The Prize is awarded by the Head of State and operates under his personal patronage. It is awarded annually on a competitive basis for the organization, which achieves significant results in the quality of products or services, ensuring their safety, as well as for the introduction of high-performance methods of production management by the organization.

In the course of evaluating the activities of enterprises, indicators such as innovations, achievement of significant results in the field of quality assurance of products, work or services provided, resource saving, development strategy, environmental protection measures, social responsibility and a number of other criteria are taken into account. The purpose of the competition is to support the domestic producer, as well as to improve the quality of Kazakhstani goods and services.

Among those who claim to win are Pavlodar Economic College of Kazpotrebsoyuz, LLP Arinvest, LLP Molkom-Pavlodar, LLP NFC Kazakhstan and LLP “Prommashkomplekt”. Pavlodar Economic College of Kazpotrebsoyuz started its activity in 1999. The advantage of the college is the introduction of the ST RK system, ISO 9001: 2016 (ISO 9001: 2015). The distance learning system for people with disabilities is established in the educational institution.

LLP "Arinvest" at the regional stage of the contest-exhibition "The Best Commodity of Kazakhstan" was recognized as the best in the nomination "The Best Goods for Industrial Purpose". "Our products are unique. We are a comprehensive supplier of pipe products for heating mains, water and gas supply, water disposal. The fact is that according to the calculations carried out by leading design institutes, the economic feasibility of using PPP insulated pipes is high.

This allows us to extend the service life of heat pipes to 30 years, and also to reduce heat losses by 10 times, which, accordingly, reduces the capital expenditures of our customers by 30-40%", says Yerzhan Zhabaev, head of commercial department at LLP Arinvest. Milk products under the sign "Molcom-Pavlodar" are widely known not only in the region, but also beyond. It produces milk, sour milk products, sour cream, butter, processed and brine cheeses.

This year at the regional stage of the contest-exhibition "The Best Goods of Kazakhstan" the enterprise took the 1 st place in the nomination "The best food products". The head of the enterprise Vitaly Mikhailov says:

"We want to attract the consumer's interest in healthy eating, lifestyle. And this, in the first place, concerns the younger generation, who needs to reduce the amount of carbonated drinks and use more dairy products. It is necessary to destroy the stereotype of the non-naturalness of long life milk, so that the consumer would buy products without fear and be sure of its quality".

Striving for sustainable development, taking care of our own image and competitiveness, puts on the priority one more participant of "Altyn Sapa" construction company LLP "NFC Kazakhstan". The history of its activity on the Kazakhstani market has been maintained since 2005. The scope of activities covers the entire process of performing work on major projects of non-ferrous metallurgy and petrochemicals at all stages - from design, procurement and construction of the facility. LLP “Prommashkomplekt” is a modern factory for the production of turnouts and railway wheels.

The diploma of the competition is entitled to use the logo of the competition for advertising purposes within four years.
