The Chamber of entrepreneurs defended the interests of a businessman in a dispute with the Department of State Revenue
Issues related to tax legislation are always relevant and important for the business community. In this regard, the Chamber specialists provide an explanation of the Tax Code, assist in solving specific problematic issues. Entrepreneurs are particularly concerned about the problems of applying special tax regimes, installation of cash registers, the answers to the notifications by the end of in-house audit, bringing to administrative responsibility. According to the expert of the department on accompaniment of projects Anara Kalabaeva, experts assisted LLP “Dolce”, the accounts of which were closed. So, State Revenue Department of Taraz city in Zhambyl region put up a notice on the debtor's bank account – that LLP "Dolce" has to repay tax arrears to LLP "Construction Company "Uzhnie vorota" in the amount of 683 thousand tenge.
"The Department has violated the terms of presentation a response to notification, making calculation on the basis of unconfirmed act of reconciliation on the part of LLP “Dolce” in the amount of - 3,441 thousand, resulting in a blocked account and suspended activities of the company. After the appeal of RCE to the State Revenue Department of Zhambyl region was held internal investigation, the collection order was withdrawn and in respect of their employee were taken disciplinary measures", - said the expert A. Kalabaeva.
We also protected the interests of an entrepreneur Zhanna Kyrgyzalykyzy from Raimbek district. Five years later, the Regional Department of State Revenue was forcing her to pay tax on the inherited house in the amount of 560 thousand tenge. After her appeal to the Chamber, a series of meetings and negotiations with government agencies have been initiated. As a result, the amount of property assessment was taken into account and the tax amount was reduced from 560 thousand tenge to 64 tenge.
It should be noted that in order to strengthen the cooperation with the State Revenue Department, there signed a memorandum on mutual cooperation on protection of entrepreneurs' rights. In addition, the management of the Department enters the composition of the Council for the protection of entrepreneurs and the management of the Chamber is included in the Coordination Council of the Department of State Revenue.
