The company LLP "Technoimport 2010" began to have problems after they received a notice from the District State Revenue Department. It stated that the registration of the counterparty, with which the company previously had transaction, was recognized as invalid, and it obliges her to exclude from tax reports VAT and CIT deductions. That is to pay taxes for a non-existent company.
The company did not agree with this decision and gave to the tax body a special explanation - a legitimate procedure in such situations. However, the tax authorities considered that the explanation does not comply with the Tax Code. Allegedly, it was submitted at the last minute. As a result - the tax body blocked accounts of LLP "Technoimport 2010".
"In this situation the representatives the company complained to the Business Ombudsman Bolat Palymbetov, who in July was in the region on a working trip. The Ombudsman saw a clear violation of the rights of the entrepreneur and gave the Chamber an instruction to bring the case to the court, which we did. As a result, the court found the seizure of the accounts of the company illegal", - said the deputy director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Kostanai region Samat Sadvakassov.
The Chamber also emphasized that other issues that Kostanai businessmen shared with the Commissioner for the Protection of the rights of entrepreneurs find resolution in the legal field. In particular, impossibility of obtaining land plots for business development.
"We have received complaints about the refusal to allocate land plots due to lack of master plans. The Ombudsman raised this question at a personal meeting with the regional prosecutor. A few days ago, we received information from the prosecutor's office that they have sent instruction to follow to the local executive bodies due to the fact that the provisions of the existing master plans and plans of detailed planning of settlements do not correspond to the new legislative and regulatory framework, and modern principles of urban development ", - said Samat Sadvakassov.
