HEAD OF THE STATE ENTERPRISE GOT A REPRIMAND FOR BREACH OF OBLIGATIONS
The enterprise owed the entrepreneur more than 2.8 million tenge
Unitary Enterprise based on the Right of Economic Management "Taraztransenergo" residing in Zhambyl region returned the individual entrepreneur from Almaty region "Nurmashova P." the debt under the contract in the amount of 2.8 million tenge. "Taraztransenergo" is one of the largest enterprises in the region for the supply and distribution of thermal energy.
Earlier, in October 2017, the parties concluded an agreement on state purchases. However, the state enterprise did not fulfill its obligations for unknown reasons. After applying to the NCE RK "Atameken" the businesswoman was provided with legal assistance. In the course of the proceedings, the Specialized Inter-District Economic Court of Zhambyl region upheld the claim of the individual entrepreneur and decided to recover the debt in the amount of KZT 2,871,000, as well as the penalties in the amount of KZT 86,130 and the state fee in the amount of KZT 29,572.
According to the information of the Energy and Housing Department of Zhambyl region, the director of the enterprise Yerik Kusherbayev got an oral reprimand for the untimely fulfillment of contractual obligations.
At present, the debt of 2.8 million has been completely repaid by the energy provider. The transfer of the amount of forfeit and state duty is scheduled in April.
