Kazakhstan to create a unified register of manufacturers of building materials
In the integration processes NCE pays great attention to the targeted ("pointed") support of domestic producers, said Deputy Chairman of NCE RK "Atameken" Yuliya Yakupbaeva.
"Today a major problem is that domestic producers at a disadvantage because of the exchange rate of the Russian ruble. Many customers prefer to buy construction materials from abroad, in China, Russia, and in this case scale plays a big role in economical terms. There are large production there, which are able to provide large discounts. Moreover, as we found out some Kazakh Design Institutes receive certain marketing discounts (bonuses) from the Russian manufacturers of building materials, if they use their products. We are trying to fight with this fact", - commented Yuliya Yakupbaeva.
Meanwhile, as it is shown by the analysis carried out by NCE not all domestic design institutes have information about products manufactured by Kazakhstani enterprises. To fill this gap, the Chamber decided to establish a register of domestic producers.
"If initially there was mistrust to the process, the situation has changed as there has been formed a list of about 400 producers that manufacture construction materials corresponding to the desired list. Meanwhile, the so-called "rough" data base includes both CT-KZ certificate holders, and those who do not have, but would like to receive it. We plan to conduct further selection of producers by the degree of power production, its utilization, the number of orders, taking into account the potential of an enterprise ", - said the deputy head of NCE, adding that this work is conducted in conjunction with the National Agency NaDLoC.
By the way, domestic producers can enter into the Register by filling in the questionnaire on-line.
In addition, as it was noted by the Deputy Chairman of NCE, the creation of the Registry will increase the database of KazNIISA - the institute in charge of pricing, on the basis of which is formed the resource method.
According to Yuliya Yakupbaeva from July 1, 2015 was made transition to the resource method, all prices for government contracts will not be based on the basic index if 2001, but by the current prices, for which would be required the entire product line, which will be enhanced by the registry.
As it was noted by the deputy chairman of NCE, the creation of the Register of domestic producers is a timely measure in the light of the construction of the international exhibition "EXPO-2017". Certainly among them will be identified conscientious manufacturers whose products meet all the necessary requirements and in the future they may have concessions.
