The future is after "Bolashak" graduates
The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" took part in the capital's job fair “Bolashak Job Fair 2015”
A rare opportunity to solve the problem of employment of graduates appeared at the program "Bolashak". The event was attended by over 50 representatives of companies-employers, both public and private sector, including companies established with the participation of foreign capital.
The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" was not an exception, taking an active part in this event. NCE staff made a presentation on the activities of the Chamber, which explained its goals and objectives, and also interviewed the graduates of "Bolashak".
Many of them have expressed a desire to work at NCE. They are attracted to the mission of our organization, and the opportunity to actively participate in its implementation. Several students from leading foreign universities are interested in the possibility of an internship during the summer holidays. According to the experts of the Department of Personnel Management of NCE, the desire of "Bolashak" graduates to work at the Chamber is a proof of its credibility and effectiveness.
The fair provided an opportunity to expand the area of the search for candidates for vacancies in the central office and regional chambers, as well as to increase the database of CVs.
Experts of "Atameken" noted the high level of organization of the fair, in this regard we would like to thank JSC "Center for International Programs". Representatives of the Chamber expressed their willingness to participate in similar projects.
