The issue of subsidizing a peasant farm has been resolved positively
For example, the head of the farm "Bereke" from Semey addressed to the branch of the Chamber, who shared that she didn’t manage to obtain subsidies for 2014 to conduct selection and breeding.
"Repeated appeals to the state authorities did not give any positive result, and we addressed for help to the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the town of Semey, and, as it turned out, not in vain", - says the head of the peasant farm "Bereke" Aigul Imanbaeva.
The Chamber, in turn, filed a request to the Department of Agriculture and Veterinary Services of Semey, asking to specify the reason as a result of which the farm "Bereke" didn’t receive due subsides in 2014. RCE asked the state agency to consider the inclusion of the peasant farm in the financing plan for the 1st quarter of 2015, requesting information on the approximate date of subsidizing the peasant farm "Bereke".
"In order to eliminate violations of the law, an appeal was sent to the prosecutor's office, and the issue was repeatedly considered at the Council on protection of entrepreneurs' rights with the participation of the prosecutor’s office and the representatives of the state bodies", - says the director of Semey branch Ardak Adilzhanov.
Actions of RCE had an effect in July of this year, the peasant farm received outstanding amount of subsidies in the amount of 3.350 000 million tenge.
