This was announced today during the III annual conference of businessmen in Astana by akim of the capital Adilbek Dzhaksybekov. He stressed that such a proposal was initiated by the Chairman of the Presidium of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" Timur Kulibayev. "Yesterday we had a conversation with the Chairman of the Presidium of NCE RK "Atameken", during which he announced the proposal. The city administration has supported the idea of the head of NCE. We are now looking to select a new program to support start-ups in the range of 1-2 billion tenge no age restrictions and industry limitations", - said A. Dzhaksybekov.

Akim of the capital said that the details of the program have already been discussed with the management of the Fund "Damu". "If we allocate one billion and "DAMU" allocates one billion, and, if it goes well, we can in the course of the year allocate another billion”, - said Akim of the capital.

Adilbek Dzhaksybekov stressed that it is crucial that the new program will be implemented in conjunction with NCE RK "Atameken".

"We want to implement the program together with "Atameken", and for this we need to approach it very seriously. Start-up - it's actually a very serious business, one needs to have good analysts, good projects, and here "Atameken" comes to help, to find, to support, to propose projects that can actually be carried out ", - concluded the Akim of Astana.

The Chairman of the Presidium of NCE RK Timur Kulibayev said that the capital suggests really favorable business climate. "This is the result of the common work of the local authorities, business associations and the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs", - he said.

"I know that the work on support of startups began throughout the republic, it is a good idea. The Regional Chamber of Astana will deal with this issue on our behalf”, - said Timur Kulibayev.
