100 land plots for subsoil users
Land plots will be sold through an auction
Kazakhstani subsoil users will be offered to acquire 100 plots of land. This was announced today at a briefing at the Service of Central Communications by the Minister of National Economy Erbolat Dosayev.
According to him, Kazakhstani companies will be able to become the owners of the land plots by July 1, 2016.
"As part of a new resource base of the country in December of last year were sold 30 land plots at auction through a simplified method, we expect to sell 100 land plots by July 1", - said the Minister.
Dosayev also said that 10 model contracts were concluded in Kazakhstan in the sphere of subsoil use through the Australian method.
Another news that was announced by the minister of national economy concerns the rules of formation of the register of natural monopolies.
"From 1st of January 2016 within the first phase of antitrust sector reform, the register of dominants was reduced from 914 to 254 market subjects, from 1st of January 2017, this registry will be canceled", - said the minister.
Along with this will be reduced participation of the state in entrepreneurial activity by 47% - through the "adoption of the relevant list of activities of legal entities".
"These are LLPs and JSCs with participation of the state where the package is more than 50%, where the management control is saved", - summed Dosayev.
