The children’s park will remain
The Branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs in the town of Zhanatas helped to defend the rights of the business entity and to renew the contract for the lease of the park
The head of IE "Camilla" Elvira Moldybaeva addressed to the branch of the Chamber of entrepreneurs in Sarysu district with a request to assist in protection of her rights.
The businesswoman has signed an agreement with the office of Akim of the town Zhanatas on gratuitous use of children's park for a period of one year. During this time, the entrepreneur built a children's cafeteria at her own expense, established entertainment attractions for kids. In addition, she has fully paid all the costs for the maintenance of the park during the entire period of use of children's park.
This year, Elvira Moldybaeva repeatedly appealed to Akim of the city with a request to extend the term of the lease.
The Commission, which was established by Akimat, organized an inspection of the park, during which it revealed the shortcomings, which were reflected in the act of audit. For example, in the opinion of the Commission’s members, the entrepreneur didn’t agree with the landlord the construction of the building in the park, the inspectors were not happy with the state of swings, pool, landscaping. As a result, the entrepreneur was rejected, which indicated that the contract was terminated and she needed to release the park.
"Last season, we have provided services to about 1,000 children, - noted the entrepreneur in her letter to the district branch of the Chamber of entrepreneurs. - At the territory of the park there are attractions that were installed and worked until late fall and brought a lot of joy to children. Due to the seasonality of business, I have built a children's cafe in the park, which I am ready to donate to the balance of the city. "The entrepreneur created new jobs, and therefore wanted to extend the lease of the park, because, ultimately, it is beneficial not only to her employees, but also children of the town.
"The Branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs in Sarysu district discussed this issue at the meeting of the District Council on the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs, and as result it was decided to extend the contract until 2017", - said the director of the regional branch of RCE Shyngys Abdrakhmanov.
