In the Ekibastuz region on the basis of the farm "Koktobe", farmers were trained to the basics of efficient organization of cattle breeding
Workshops for farmers are conducted by the Centre of the Agrarian Competence of the National Chamber of entrepreneurs to teach rural producers to innovations and the basics of effective management of agribusiness.
Almost all present at the seminar heads of livestock farms are quite experienced. However, in the opinion of students, each one of them has learned a lot of useful skills.
It is worth noting that the village named after Alkei Margulan, where the farm "Koktobe" is located, is the most remote point of Ekibastuz region, and it is located at the junction of three regions - Pavlodar, Akmola, Karaganda, and it is characterized by broad and endless undulating valleys, which are very favorable for breeding cattle.
During the workshop, an expert on animal husbandry Zhangabyl Alzhibaev told in detail about the rules and conditions under which it is possible to achieve the best results in growing cattle. The discussion was lively, the farmers asked all their questions.
One of them - Konstantin Strateychuk. "We have been engaged in business for 10 years. I want to thank the organizers for the training of farmers to advanced techniques in agricultural production. Today, probably for me like to many others, it was interesting to learn about new technologies. I hope to learn more in the future, so would like to see such workshops held more frequently, and on other subjects", - expressed his wish the farmer.
Konstantin Strateychuk also shared his plans for the expansion of business, wanting to develop in a different direction, but this requires additional knowledge and assistance of the branch of the Chamber of entrepreneurs to implement the project of "hydroponic greenhouse".
In turn, representatives of the Ekibastuz Chamber offered to take the project under full accompaniment.
