Activate female entrepreneurship in rural areas

Business in the village ... In many ways, rests on fragile female shoulders. Today in Kazakhstan every other entrepreneur in the field of entrepreneurship – is a woman, in rural areas this percentage reaches 80.
After all, a woman - is the foundation of the family and society. Her self-realization affects the level of well-being, not only in the family but also of the society as a whole. Therefore, the establishment and activities of the Council of Business Women of the Chamber of entrepreneurs in Zelenovsk district of WKR region is an event related to the development of business of the whole district.
Chairwoman Valentina Karkula noted that the time has passed when women struggled alone with the problems that will inevitably arise on the way of people, who want to create their own business. "Our troubles largely arise from ignorance of the laws, rules, regulations, government support programs, etc., - said Valentina Karkula. – We need to help them to fill these gaps, we can and should. Those, who failed in the first year in business, know all the pitfalls, they can help beginners to bypass these problems".
Business ladies supported the Chairwoman of the Council and expressed the view that the problems of business in rural areas are pretty much the same: the allocation of land, sale of agricultural products, impossiblity to receive state support, because of the reluctance of commercial banks to lend to rural business, long-term consideration of applications by banks, the annual license fee on the sale of alcoholic beverages, which same for large supermarkets in regional centers and small shops in rural areas, etc.
Women entrepreneurs also added to the list the private problems: access roads to the store and restaurant "Sofia", built by an entrepreneur Almagul, restaurant "Arna" of Asel Izhanova, room for the new the fitness center, which Asem Temirbekova of IE "Asem -ai " has built on the grant, received in the framework of Roadmap of Business, room for expansion of the English language training center, received in the framework of the Roadmap of Business by Zhanar Khabibulaeva IE “Progress”.
"Any problem is easier to solve, if we act together: and to build access roads, and to expand the business, to find the premises. Many, seeing that there is such a support, will be more active in the implementation of ideas for starting a business", - said Valentine Karkula.
