The main feature of the microcredit program was to consider as a pledge land plots, residential buildings and other real estate. According to the regulations the interest rate is 6% per annum, the annual effective interest rate – is not more than 6.7%. Credit will be issued for up to 4 years and 6 months. The debt will be repaid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually.
