Personnel decides everything
The experts of the Chamber helped to resolve effectively the issue with the staff at one of the leading companies in the region
It is no secret that today the need of staff is particularly acute. Business needs not just workers, the production facilities need well-trained, specialized professionals.
The head of LLP "Zolotaya Niva" Bagdat Aubakirov addressed with this question at the end of August to Zhaksy Branch of the Regional Chamber. LLP "Zolotaya Niva” is one of the leading agricultural producers in the region. The company specializes in the cultivation of cereals, forage crops, horticulture, and livestock breeding. For production and processing of its products - flour, milk, meat and vegetables – the enterprise reequipped its old mill shop and acquired specialized machinery for its transportation.
By the way, in 2015, the company has already applied to RCE for assistance with installation of equipment, as well as facilitating the exchange of experience in the production of meat products. Then the negotiations with businessmen from other regions went on successfully. Today Zhaksy residents have the opportunity to buy dumplings, cabbage rolls, burgers, and other semi-finished products produced by the local manufacturer.
Earlier this year, Bagdat Aubakirov acquired in Moscow additional equipment for sausage shop. All this time he was involved in the installation and preparation of the room, and now he needs qualified personnel.
Experts of RCE initially agreed with one of the companies in the region to conduct training seminars for employees of LLP "Zolotaya Niva". However, after more detailed study of the technical capabilities of the enterprise, it became clear that the production requires a technologist of meat industry.
Experts of the branch began a search, conducted a series of negotiations with companies that specialize in this area. As a result, thanks to the mediation of LLP "April" in Astana, the experts have selected several candidates for the required specialists and offered their guidance to LLP "Zolotaya Niva".
Now the parties agree on the payment and deployment of technologists from the capital. At the same time they considered the possibility of inviting experts within the program "Elder seniors" and "The Roadmap of business-2020".
