"Atameken" awarded certificates to mentors of enterprises
All of them participated in the partnership vocational education project with NCE RK and the Chamber of Crafts of Trier
The participants of the German training course for mentors on the topic: "Professional and labor pedagogy. Certification of mentors" were awarded international certificates at the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken", who have successfully passed an international exam in May of this year. On 12th of October presentation of certificates will be held in Shymkent, on October 14th in Almaty. The certificate confirms the competence of a specialist teacher and gives the right to organize industrial training at enterprises.
"We together with the Chamber of Crafts Trier did a great job. For almost a year, we discussed the matter, in May we signed a memorandum and implemented a project on training of mentors. And today, to participate in this event came distinguished guests from Germany: for the first time came the leadership of the Chamber of Crafts. We are very pleased that we are cooperating in this way. This project gives serious results", - said Deputy Chairman of NCE Murat Abenov.
A member of the Chamber of Trier, the project manager Elfriede Wagner pointed out that the system of dual education, as a rule, leads to the production of a product with high quality, and as a result, customers are satisfied. "A lot of work has been done. We consulted, trained a number of teachers, very large workshop was organized. Everything that is happening - is the result of the changes that are underway in your country. Thus, we prove that education is not only at schools but also at the workplace. And for good preparation of specialists at the enterprises, we have implemented training of mentors. Now the spread of knowledge depends on you. You can become multipliers, who will carry this knowledge further", - she said.
During 2015-2016 we trained over 50 mentors for enterprises, of which 46 have successfully passed the examination from Astana, Atyrau, Almaty, Taraz, Kyzylorda, Shymkent, Taldykorgan, Aktobe and Petropavlovsk. The training was conducted together with German experts and specialists of Kazakh enterprises "SK" Basis" (Astana), LLP "Borusan-Makina" (Karaganda), LLP "Kazakhmys Smelting" (Balkhash), European Bearing Company "Stepnogorsk" (Stepnogorsk), LLP “LegaGroup” (Karaganda).
The participants of the seminar who have passed the final exam, will be invited for further training as future trainers for trainers - multipliers mentoring. Training of mentors for enterprises at the Chambers of Entrepreneurs of Karaganda and Kyzylorda regions.
Afterwards multipliers will train mentoring at enterprises in their regions. As a result, additional number of mentors will be prepared for a full-fledged participation of enterprises in the dual training of students.
On 6th of May 2015 NCE RK "Atameken" signed an agreement on the implementation of the partnership project on vocational training with the Chamber of Crafts Trier. The main objective of the project – is to promote the sustainable improvement of the training-level upon request of SMEs at enterprises and colleges of Kazakhstan. The project includes enterprises within 7 popular directions: builder-finisher, the carpenter-furniture maker, tourism manager, electrician, turner, cook, electric and gas welder and related trades at colleges.
So far conducted more than 13 training seminars for teachers of enterprises and experts of RCE in the cities. Astana, Almaty, Taraz, and recommendations for changes in the college curriculum to accommodate the proposals of enterprises involved in the project. Within the frames of the project were conducted five training trips at vocational education institutions of Germany.
Chamber of Crafts Trier is implementing the project through the organization “SEQUA” with the assistance of the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation of Germany.
