"Today, people have become more demanding. We work in a healthy competition. I will not boast, but for us in priority are - cleanliness, order. People choose comfortable, trade culture. And make a choice in our favor. We work on quality assurance continuously. There was no such case that contaminated meat got on the counter. We also have a uniform, all workers wear gloves, caps. There are more than 50 cameras in the hall", - says the director of LLP “Fresh Market” Mukhamed Rakhimzhanov.
High compliance with all the requirements of trade and health standards in the meat department is not to say "stranded" price tags. On the contrary, the prices here can be named one of the lowest in the city. The whole secret is that women work without intermediaries and resellers. The two vendors have their own farms in Ulan and Kokpekty districts (farms "Ersіn" and "Otau"), which deliver beef and veal directly to the consumer.
"We have a table with a social price, and regular customers and wholesalers always get good discounts. On the day of receipt of a pension, we try to sell veal and to lower prices so that pensioners could buy meat. We also have discount cards for regular customers, ranging from 3 per cent with every purchase, discount increases", - said Gulmira.
Perhaps, thanks to social responsibility and honest attitude to the buyer, this friendly team today has developed a serious list of loyal customers. Many of them now make orders of products by phone for home delivery.
"Such large restaurants, canteens, coffee shops of the city, as "Shiny River", "Zolotoy Vek", "Konyi dvor" work with us for many years. We supply meat to schools, kindergartens, which need beef at reasonable prices", - added Almira.
