Business incubators will be created in the regions of Kazakhstan
The affiliated organization "Atameken" will be engaged in all training within all business support state programs. Training within all business support state programs will be carried out by the subsidiary organization of NCE - "The Center of Competence". This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Board of NCE RK "Atameken" Nurzhan Altaev in the framework of the IV Congress of NCE RK "Atameken. He noted that over the past three years, over 100,000 entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan received service support from the National Chamber under the program “Roadmap of Business 2020”. These are free consultations, upgrading of qualifications and internships abroad. 16 thousand farmers will be trained at the seminars of the Center for Agro-competencies in the past and this year. The knowledge gained by agricultural producers has already been successfully applied in practice. "Given that every year the product line of business support services is expanding, and many services are in sync with each other, we decided to systematize them. We propose to unite all Atameken's tools into one resource, by renaming the existing subsidiary of LLP "Center for Agro-competencies" to LLP "The Center of Competence", - said Nurzhan Altaev. According to Nurzhan Altaev, combination of all training and business consulting programs will not only exclude their duplication, but will increase the efficiency of allocated funds, automate the processes of interaction with business and the population, and will create a unified knowledge base, experts, trainers and training methods. "By transferring functions to implement the budget programs to the subsidiary, Atameken will be able to focus on the core business of protecting and supporting business, and significantly reduce the costs of maintaining administrative personnel in the implementation of the above-mentioned budget programs. We plan to develop an optimal structure for the Center of Competence by the end of 2017, taking into account regional features and indicators of budget programs", - Altaev said. The key effect of the Center of Competence, according to Nurzhan Altaev, should be the creation and development on the ground of business incubators on the basis of the Regional Chambers of Entrepreneurs. They will not only train beginners, existing and experienced entrepreneurs, but also accompany them until they reach the final individual result: whether this is an increase in productivity or the withdrawal of the enterprise for export. Delegates of the Congress voted to create a "Center of Competence ".
