KUANYSH BISHIMOV TOLD ABOUT CAR INDUSTRY SUPPORT
Deputy Chairman of the NCE RK Atameken Kuanysh Bishimov told about car industry support measures during the III Kazakhstan International Automobile Forum KIAF in Astana.
As he noted, nowadays a large joint work of the state and the business in the field of car industry development has been carried out.
"There are special investment contracts and taxes that exempt from customs duties, there are also agreements on industrial assembly, which also provide for special measures to stimulate assembly production, as well as various types of co-financing, subsidies, and the use of preferential leasing of vehicles by the state. In addition, for the purpose of stimulating environmentally friendly production in the automobile industry, the extended obligations of producers are being used," - Kuanysh Bishimov said.
The speaker added that in the world practice the car industry has always had a multiplier effect on the development of new enterprises and businesses in general, in terms of localization, inter-plant cooperation and especially service.
The Board member, Kuanysh Bishimov noted: "On the part of Atameken, we are interested in development of small and medium-sized business. As today exhibition evidenced, both Russia and China have interests in Kazakhstan. It is in this context that the question may arise on revising the agreements in terms of changing some localizations provisions, namely the development of technological operations with the further growth of the chain of related enterprises and the strengthening of business responsibility in these matters".
