The document was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev and the Chairman of the Presidium of the NCE RK "Atameken" Timur Kulibayev at the V Congress.

June 13 this year, the Law "On the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was amended, according to which the Government withdraws from the membership in the "Atameken".
At the same time, further and effective interaction with the Government remains a priority for the National Chamber, in connection with which a new form of interaction will be established in the form of an Agreement.

"How "Atameken" looked like 5 years ago and what it is now. Five years ago you were at the very beginning of the journey. The government has taken great responsibility, and a lot of work has been done. We needed a partner organization, because not all associations wanted to work constructively, there were many different debates. We have established a joint, productive work with Atameken. (...) Today Atameken is the backbone of the government. We stop our powers in the National Chamber. Atameken starts a new stage of its work" - said Bakytzhan Sagintayev.

At the same time, according to the Prime Minister, the Government and the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs have big joint plans for future cooperation. One of the priority tasks is the digitalization of enterprises and ensuring employment of the population through involvement in entrepreneurship.

"As a part of the working visits to the regions, we always meet with students, we look at what specialists are being prepared. As it was sounded, the situation is not the best. Teaching programs are working, but the economy needs a completely different staff. We see a discrepancy. It is very important that the business in the person of the Regional Chambers is connected to this process and each region will receive educational institutions that will be an  example for everyone else" - said Bakytzhan Sagintayev.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan noted the positive result of the Bastau project launched on the initiative of Atameken. The project has become a real support for all who wish to open their own business. It was supported by the Head of State through the allocation of additional financial resources for microcrediting. The Prime Minister also reminded the need to increase the responsibility of the business in connection with the reduction of control and supervisory functions and the introduction of self-regulation.

Chairman of the Presidium of the NCE RK "Atameken" Timur Kulibayev thanked the Government for fruitful joint work.

"Five years ago, the Head of State instructed to create a dialogue platform between business and authorities to establish partnership relations. It is safe to say that Atameken became an effective expert platform for the support and development of entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan. We work very actively with the Parliament and the Government. The daily support of the Head of State allows us to feel comfortable in this dialogue" - said Timur Kulibayev.
