Ablai Myrzakhmetov told about suport tools for foreign entrepreneurs

Chairman of the Board of the NCE RK "Atameken" Ablai Myrzakhmetov took part in the Kazakh-Turkish Investment Forum in Ankara.

The main objective of the Forum is to explain to the business circles of the two countries the state programs aimed at strengthening trade and economic relations, familiarizing Turkish investors with the economy, the business climate in Kazakhstan and attracting investments, as well as ensuring mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation for entrepreneurs of both countries.

After welcoming the forum participants, Ablai Myrzakhmetov told about the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken".

"5 years ago, having received support from the Head of State, we created the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs. When forming the National Chamber, we took as a basis the experience of the Union of Chambers of Commerce and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB)," - Ablai Myrzakhmetov said.

The Chairman of the Board spoke about the activities of the NCE, opportunities for investors and Turkish partners in Kazakhstan, and what support they can have for doing business in Kazakhstan.

"The main goal of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs is to create favorable legal, economic and social conditions for the implementation of the entrepreneurial initiative and a favorable business climate for both domestic and foreign partners," - the Chairman of the Board emphasized.

At present, the National Chamber has set up branches in all regions of the country: 16 regional chambers are functioning, 16 branch committees have been created under the NCE, including in engineering, light, manufacturing and food industries, as well as in other spheres. The activity of the "Atameken" covers the whole country, there is all necessary infrastructures. A number of subsidiary organizations have been also created.

One of them is the Foreign Trade Chamber of Kazakhstan, whose task is to build partnership relations with investors jointly with Kazakh Invest," - Ablai Myrzakhmetov noted.

In addition, according to the speaker, there are 180 districts in Kazakhstan and the National Chamber branches are located in each of them. Local experts provide all the necessary support and a full range of services for business.

More than 20 Business Service Centers have been set up and are working, providing free legal, tax and marketing services, partner search services, etc.

"Atameken Services" online service system was created. With the help of the system, you can get all the necessary information in Kazakh, in Russian and in English. For investors, this is an opportunity to receive information remotely. This is convenient and this is our goal," - Ablai Myrzakhmetov explains.

He also added that the Business Navigator, website aimed at attracting investors and the Regional Development Map were created and are functioning, where information is constantly updated.

"You can take the necessary information on the regions, what areas are developed, what markets and free niches are available, what you can sell, see the indicators of imports or exports, etc. We will continue to develop this service," - Myrzakhmetov said, noting that the activities of the National Chamber are multifaceted.

As the speaker clarified, for convenience in the search for partners NCE certified eight non-raw spheres.

"2105 enterprises have been certified, there is all the necessary information about the capabilities and capacities of enterprises in such industries as engineering, light and food industries, chemistry, construction and furniture production," - the Chairman of the NCE said.

Further, Ablai Myrzakhmetov dwelled on each sphere in detail, specifying that all the information is publicly available on the official website of Atameken.

"The most important thing is that entrepreneurs need demand, and we have a market. All information can be found on our website www.atameken.kz," - Ablai Myrzakhmetov summed up.

After the Forum, a meeting was held with the President of the Union of Chambers and Exchanges of Turkey, Mr. Rifat Hisarciklioglu. The parties discussed the activities between the Ortak Chamber - the Kazakh-Turkish Chamber, "Atameken" and the TOBB.
