"BUSINESS RESCUE SERVICE" HELPED TO ENTREPRENEUR FROM ALMATY
At the request of entrepreneurs, the service to support small and micro businesses is launched in the southern capital
Now it’s enough for businessmen to call on a single number 1432 and report a problem. Entrepreneurs will not just be advised, but if necessary, the mobile team will quickly leave for the site and provide expert assistance.
The first departure of the Almaty mobile group took place today. The owner of a toy shop Azamat Abdrakhmanov (Kinderstore Almaty LLP) complained about an unscheduled inspection of employees of the Sanitary-Epidemiological Supervision Department of Almaty.
According to the entrepreneur, the man, posing as an employee of the SES, asked for documents of entitlement. At the same time, the representative of the state body did not submit supporting documents (official ID or certificate of audit appointment). Having not received a due reply, the representative of the SES warned that he would soon come back with a check.
In order to eliminate pressure on the entrepreneur, personal contacts were provided from a representative of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Almaty.
The Business Rescue Service works every day from 9 to 22 hours for catering businessmen, provision of services (hairdressing salons, pharmacies, travel agencies, repair and tailoring, catering, trade), as well as entrepreneurs engaged in any kind of repair and installation work, leading the household.
