EMPLOYEES OF KAZAKHSTAN ENTERPRISES WORTHILY REPRESENTED A COUNTRY AT WORLDSKILLS HI-TECH 2018
The delegation of the country was headed by representatives of the NCE RK "Atameken", the Republican Association of Mining and Mining and Metallurgical Enterprises and the Union of Industrial Companies and Professional Communities, Workers and Competence Centers (WorldSkillsKazakhstan).
WorldSkillsHi-Tech is the largest-scale competition of professional skills among young professionals between the ages of 18 and 28 years of the largest domestic industrial enterprises, which take place in Yekaterinburg. This year, 70 foreign participants came to compete in 32 competencies. These are young professionals from 9 countries of the world: Belarus, Brazil, Great Britain, India, Iran, China, Mongolia and Kazakhstan.
As a result, there are 10 prize medals in the treasury of Kazakhstan participants.
Kazakhstan also took part in the Battle of Robots, which was held as part of WorldSkills Hi-Tech 2018. Two Indian and one Kazakhstani teams participated, along with nine Russian ones. Robo-fights took place from October 26 to October 27 in the second pavilion of the Yekaterinburg EXPO IEC.
The participation of Eurasian countries in WorldSkills Hi-Tech is designated within the macro-regional association WorldSkillsEurasia, which was founded in August 2017 in Astana by national operators WorldSkills in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Armenia. Closer cooperation of the four neighboring countries in the development of personnel potential is intended to promote the growth of labor productivity and the professional realization of all citizens of the Eurasian space.
