KAZAKHSTAN UNITES EXPORT DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS
The NCE RK "Atameken", the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan (MFA RK) and "ESC "KazakhExport" JSC signed a joint memorandum of understanding and cooperation and an action plan for its implementation.
As part of the agreement, work will be carried out to promote Kazakhstan's exports. Work will also be strengthened to achieve the goals of sustainable economic growth of priority sectors of Kazakhstan with the involvement of foreign partners. The parties plan to carry out joint monitoring of the market, to coordinate work with partners.
During the event, Ablai Myrzakhmetov spoke about the work of the National Chamber of Commerce, about opportunities for potential investors and partners of Kazakhstani enterprises, as well as the support that "Atameken" provides to entrepreneurs.
“The main objective of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs is the creation of favorable legal, economic and social conditions for the implementation of entrepreneurial initiatives and a favorable business climate for both domestic and foreign partners,” - Ablai Myrzakhmetov said.
He noted that currently Atameken is actively working in the area of non-financial support for exporters.
“This year we were handed over the holding of all exhibitions, the organization of trade missions, B2B meetings. I must say that organized missions help our enterprises to establish relations with foreign partners,” - Ablai Myrzakhmetov said.
The Chairman of the Board added that currently "Atameken" is working to transfer support for entrepreneurs to an online platform. Today, through the “Personal Account of the Entrepreneur” (cabinet.atameken.kz), one can receive the full range of non-financial support: legal services, legal assistance, check companies for trustworthiness and information about existing enterprises in Kazakhstan.
“Since May, we have been working hard to improve the application. Large, small, domestic or foreign - any business can get support. "Atameken" sets a goal to transfer 1 million entrepreneurs to the platform from January 1. All the necessary information and services can be obtained both in Kazakh and in Russian and English. For investors, this is an opportunity to receive information remotely. It is convenient and this is our goal,” - Ablai Myrzakhmetov explained.
He also added that a Regional Development Map was created to attract investors, where information is constantly updated.
“You can take the necessary information by region, which areas are developed, what markets are there, free niches, what can be sold, you can see indicators of imports or exports, etc. This tool is useful for investors and partners, - Ablai Myrzakhmetov said. - The NCE has certified 8 non-primary spheres. These are 2105 enterprises, all the necessary information about the capabilities and capacities of enterprises in such industries as engineering, light and food industries, chemistry, construction and furniture production is available.”
The Chairman of the Board noted that the National Chamber may now offer 1,700 enterprises registered in the list of events for further cooperation with investors..
