The Association of Security Organizations of Kazakhstan, accredited by the NPP RK Atameken, was the first among the associations that supported the request of the Head of State.
The salary of security guards in Kazakhstan is about one hundred thousand tenge. This exceeds the size of the minimum wage planned for 2019 in the country. However, this year already 5 organizations increased salaries by 10-15%. First of all, it affected employees with a monthly salary of up to 50-60 thousand tenge.
“On the eve of the coming winter, the expected spending on food, utilities and other expenses, wage increases will be a real help to all working employees and their families,” said President of the Association of Security Organizations of Kazakhstan Anatoly Kalinin.
Thus, Almaty LLP "Egida-Druzhina" from October 15, increased the salary of 64 security guards serving at night stations at Gazprom Neft-Kazakhstan LLP by 25%.
This year we have increased the salaries of security personnel in Altai, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Ridder by 20%,” said Alexander Kuznetsov, Deputy General Director of Group Four LLP from Almaty. “Having found internal reserves, at the expense of the companies, the salary of security personnel was increased by 15% in the cities of Taldykorgan, Petropavlovsk, Kostanay”.
Some security organizations that are members of the Association are planning to increase the salaries of employees from January 1, 2019. Recall that on October 5, Nursultan Nazarbayev instructed the government to raise the minimum wage one and a half times from January 1, 2019 - from 28 thousand tenge to 42 thousand. For these purposes, it is planned to allocate KZT 96 billion from the republican budget annually. The Head of State also called on business representatives to raise the minimum wages to their employees.
