The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" has started to create a register of the domestic establishments registered and engaged in the manufacture of products and services in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Any domestic manufacturer may include its company voluntarily through an electronic system. As a result, the registered company will receive an Industrial Certificate indicating the status of the domestic manufacturer.

In order to submit an application for inclusion in the Register, it is necessary to register on the website https://doc24.kz/ and create My Account. Click  My Account icon and submit an application and a package of documents to the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs where the manufacture of products was adjusted.  The list of documents can be found at http://atameken.kz/ in the Certification section.

In addition to general information, the manufacturers should provide a nomenclature and remote demonstration of goods, works, services, a list of equipment, the number of employees, a description of the manufacturing techniques and other information about production, according to the Rules approved by the Presidium of the National Chamber.

One of the reasons for the inclusion of a manufacturer in the Register is the opinion of an expert from the Industry Association (Union) accredited to the National Chamber.

The list of experts can also be found in the Certification section at http://atameken.kz/.

Inclusion in the Register of the National Chamber is carried out free of charge  within a period not exceeding nine working days. The manufacturer is included in the Register for 3 years with the possibility of prolongation. The register of domestic manufactures of goods, works and services is published on the National Chamber website.

NCE "Atameken" and the Samruk-Kazyna Fund agreed that companies may apply the Industrial Certificate at a pre-qualification stage when the Fund select its potential suppliers. The Industrial Certificate will add 20 per cent to the total points.

In addition, the National Chamber is working on the issue with government agencies and organizations of the quasi-state sector on the provision of benefits and preferences to domestic producers included in the Register of domestic manufacturers of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken".
