KAZAKHSTAN EXHIBITS FOOD AT INTERNATIONAL GREEN WEEK IN BERLIN
Kazakhstan participates in the 84th International Green Week 2019 (IGW) in Berlin. IGW is the largest European exhibition of the food, agriculture and gardening industries.
For the first time in 10 years Kazakhstan is represented in the format of a single national stand with the participation of export-oriented Kazakhstani producers of processed products. Kazakhstani stand is represented by producers of the confectionery industry, pasta, cereal and flour production, fish products, canned goods, products based on mare's milk as well as manufactures of biodegradable packaging. 
More than 1,660 exhibitors from 66 countries took part in the International Green Week 2018. With around 400,000 visitors, IGW is the perfect test market for products. The exhibition program includes numerous congresses, industry events, as well as it is a new platform for startups.
The visitors and European businessmen express their interest in the natural and organic products from Kazakhstan.
On January 20, 2019, the celebration the Kazakh-German Society Day was held at the Kazakhstani stand.
The stand was organized by the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Federal Republic of Germany and the Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan, as part of the state program to promote the export of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The exhibition dates are 18-27 January 2019.
