YEVGENIY BOLGERT APPOINTED DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF ATAMEKEN
Yevgeniy Bolgert has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan by the decision of the Presidium.
Yevgeniy Bolgert graduated from the Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation (Moscow / Saint-Petersburg), red diploma in law. He studied at the Department of European Law, Faculty of Law, University of Dresden (Dresden, Germany). Internship in the UK, Denmark, Germany, Australia. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He speaks English and German.
He started his carrier in the field of legal services and stock trading, led large consulting projects.
Since 2011 he worked as Deputy Executive Director for the Republican Association of Mining and Metallurgical Enterprises.
Since the establishment of the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2013 he held the positions of the Head of the Secretariat of the Mining Industry, Executive Secretary, and Managing Director for Basic Industries.
In the period from 2016 to 2019 he was the General Director of Kamkor Service LLP (a subsidiary of the Kamkor Management group of companies), specializing in services in the field of industrial safety and technical diagnostics of production facilities.
He has state, industry and departmental awards:
Anniversary medal "20 years of the Constitution of Kazakhstan";
Badge "Enbek danky" III degree for assistance in the metallurgical industry development;
Badge "Atameken" II degree for the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Diploma of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan for contribution to the development of mining and metallurgical industry of Kazakhstan.
