Kazakhstan Industry Development Institute to provide partial reimbursement to exporters’ costs
The Kazakhstan Industry Development Institute (hereinafter - KIDI JSC) has defined the types of costs that will be partially reimbursed to entities engaged in industrial and innovative activity.
According to KIDI JSC, this list includes:
- costs associated with advertising goods abroad;
- costs of direct participation in international exhibitions, fairs, festivals;
- costs, associated with the development, translation into foreign languages and publication of a specialized catalog for distribution abroad;
- costs of maintaining a representative office, outlet and warehouse abroad;
- costs of the procedures associated with the registration of trademarks abroad;
- cost of the procedures associated with the certification of goods abroad;
- costs, associated with the delivery of goods by rail and / or road transport (within the Republic of Kazakhstan).
Remind that the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 20, 2019 No. 75 “On Amendments to Certain Decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan” KIDI JSC was designated as the National Institute for Development in the field of development and export promotion authorized to implement measures of state support, namely, reimbursement of part of the costs of subjects of industrial and innovative activities to promote domestic processed goods.
In accordance with the above, Order No. 179 of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 2, 2019, amendments were adopted to the Order of the Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2015 No. 1128 “On Approval of the Reimbursement Rules for Part of the Costs of Industrial-Innovative Entities on the promotion of domestic processed goods, the list of domestic processed goods, for which the costs of their promotion are partially reimbursed. ”
