Atameken issues certificates for exporters within 1 business day
The Atameken NCE RK explained the deadline for issuing certificates for exporters.
The Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan prepares certificates of origin of goods for exporters of Kazakhstani goods, deputy director of the Department of manufacturing industry of the Atameken Elmira Urazova said. The process is automated, the applications of entrepreneurs are accepted via doc24.kz. Certificates are issued within 1 business day. Certificates for perishable products are issued in an expedited mode, immediately after receipt of the application. Certificates of origin are issued on strict reporting forms due to the requirements of the importing country on the basis of international agreements.
“Moreover, the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of RK together with the business has worked out the question of simplifying the package of documents for obtaining an export certificate of origin, including the exclusion of a veterinary certificate from this package,” Elmira Urazova said.
She also noted that obtaining a veterinary certificate may delay the shipment of Kazakhstan cargo and the National Chamber has sent a proposal for its exclusion from the package to the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. To date, the draft order is being approved by the relevant departments.
