Atameken trains business coaches for Zhas Kasipker project
Atameken NCE RK conducts training of the first cohort of coaches for Zhas Kasipker educational project.
25 candidates have been selected out of more than 200 applicants, who are ready to share experience, tell young people about the intricacies of doing business, legal and economic literacy. The training will help to create a pool of business coaches and improve their skills.
During the week, business coaches will hold seminars on the basics of entrepreneurship, time management, stress management, project management, public speaking, marketing, business basics on legal and financial aspects, accounting, etc. After graduation, a business coach should be able to teach students the ways to conduct business, start doing business and open jobs.
The experienced specialists give lessons. For example, public speaking is conducted by Kazakh coach Daniil Fayzullayev.
“Elocution, the skill of clear and expressive speech, is the first quality of any trainer who will contact with society. The project seemed to me interesting, young people are interested in business environment. I will note that the speaker’s charisma is important, when working with young people. We learn to build confidence and behavior in public at our lessons,” the coach said.

Remind that the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs launches a pilot Zhas Kasіpker educational project, focused on the development and support of youth entrepreneurship.
What should you do?
- train and advise young people on the basics of entrepreneurship and business management;
- assist in getting financing, including under the terms of the Program of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship;
- accompany completed business projects after receiving funding.
