Atameken encourages entrepreneurs to improve legislation online
Business and Law project allows entrepreneurs to study bills and draft laws and regulations and make comments.
Atameken and the business community take part in the development of draft law or draft regulatory act that affects business interests.
If the bill concerns business, then it necessarily goes to the National Chamber for consideration. Experts of Atameken will study the opinion of entrepreneurs, accumulate all suggestions and comments, and send them to the state agency.
If five years ago, government agencies considered about 30% of business proposals, then as of today the figure is 75%. The entrepreneurs do not just provide expertise to the already prepared draft regulatory legal acts, but together with Atameken participate in their development at the discussion stage.
Any entrepreneur can participate in the rule-making process online. For this purpose, atameken.kz website has a special project “Business and Law” implemented by National Chamber together with the company BestProfi. It enables entrepreneurs to respond on time to changes in current legislation proposed by government agencies.
Businessmen can make proposals themselves or with the help of Chamber experts. A similar opportunity is presented in social networks and instant messengers - Facebook, Telegram.
It should be noted that over the five years of work, the National Chamber has issued more than 26,800 expert opinions on drafts of normative legal acts including 569 on draft laws. The structural divisions and Regional Chambers of Atameken, Committees of the Atameken Presidium and 141 accredited associations are involved in expert activity.
