Businesswomen of Mangistau region will take part in the free master class "Development of Women's Entrepreneurship in rural areas" organized by the Atameken NCE RK with the assistance of the Asian Development Bank on July 4-5.

The main purpose of the event is to support women's entrepreneurship and develop the economic potential of women living in rural areas.

"We faced a great desire of women to take part in the master class. Over the past few months, the Businesswomen's Council of the Mangistau region has been monitoring women's entrepreneurship projects in the region. I must say that we have a lot of women who have already entered the business, but because of ignorance of state programs, controversial issues and inability to systematize their knowledge have to stop. There is also a category of women who have great ideas but do not know how to start doing business. These groups will participate in our seminars," Saule Salikhova, chairperson of the Businesswomen's Council of Mangistau region, said.

During the seminar, the villagers will meet with representatives of international organizations, development institutions and potential investors in the form of B2B meetings and training seminars.

The main topics for discussion are solving social issues of women in rural areas, discussion of instruments of financial and non-financial support to SMEs, state programs for business development, grant programmes of international organizations that allow implementing business initiatives in rural areas.

The participants will receive effective training on the basics of business and access to finance: where to get start-up capital; how to get a grant or credit from a bank; how to develop their business and find new markets.

Remind that free training courses organized by Atameken with the support of the Asian Development Bank will be held in 15 regions of the country.
