Nur Sultan to host workshops on promotion of QazMai umbrella brand
The Atameken NCE RK invites representatives of fat-and-oil export oriented companies to the seminar "Promotion of the QazMai umbrella brand.
From 25-27 July, foreign and domestic experts will talk about the current state and trends in the development of the oil market in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, including the need for imports of raw materials and products, government support measures. The seminar will be attended by representatives of the Association of Oil and Fatty Industry Enterprises of Uzbekistan – Uzegmoysanoat JSC.
Supplies of oil and fat products from Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan in 2018 increased and exports amounted to 46.673 thousand tons for the amount of $38.585 million.
The seminars are held on the eve of the International Conference "Kazakhstan-Uzbekistan: Oil and Fat Industry", which will be held on 19-20 September 2019 in Tashkent. More than 100 delegates have already confirmed their participation in the conference, including representatives of Uzegmosanoat JSC, oil refineries of Uzbekistan, distribution companies, retail chains, the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Uzbekistan, Central Asian Trading House, etc. As part of the event, a visit to the Tashkent Fat Oil Factory (JSC "Toshkentyog'-moykombinati") will be organized.
