The idea of creating the National Association of Business Coaches appeared more than two years ago.

According to the Chairman of the Association Gani Abadan, a business coach today is not just a transmitter of knowledge.

"The Association is needed to consolidate coaches and, most importantly, to learn to take responsibility for their profession. The Association will work on developing an Ethical Code," Gani Abadan said.

He noted that the Association's tasks is to clean up the market from unqualified specialists and solve the issue of dumping prices.

"The idea of establishing the Association is long overdue. Only in the Bastau project, the number of coaches has grown dramatically to 100, at the moment more than 250 business trainers are involved in training projects within the framework of the 2020 Business Roadmap and the Enbek State Program. The principle of self-regulation of business coaches, the whole market of business consulting, will be introduced with the launch of the Association's work. It is not a secret that now every organization, including Atameken, sets its own qualification requirements and conducts training. We hope that the Association will unite all the major market players and become a real consolidating force," Eldar Zhumagaziev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Atameken NCE RK, said.

The work of the Association will be divided into blocks, for example, legal, methodological and commercialization block. In particular, Gani Abadan emphasized that the Association does not envisage membership fee, it will function at the expense of commercial projects, thus reaching self-sufficiency.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, the Ministry of Education, representatives of the United Coach Union in Kazakhstan, the International Academy of Emotional Intelligence.
