Kulibayev: Enterprises extremely interested in solving personnel issues
Training centers at the enterprises will help to solve personnel issues. Timur Kulibayev expressed this opinion during the enlarged meeting of the Regional Council of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Karaganda region.
"The number of similar training centers is 35 in the Karaganda region. A good result of this method was the employment rate. It reaches 78%. Now the enterprises are very interested in this format of personnel training. I believe that this area should be supported and developed," Timur Kulibayev said.
The personnel imbalance will be solved within the framework of the rating of universities, which reflects the share of employment of graduates, as well as the relevance of educational programs of educational institutions and, should affect the distribution of the state order. According to the results of the Rating of educational programs of universities conducted by Atameken in 2018, Karaganda higher education institutions are among the top-10 best universities of Kazakhstan.
"More than 42,000 students study in Karaganda, while there are 53,000 students in the capital city. There are a very high percentage of young people and a good system of training and employment. It is necessary to optimize and profile higher education institutions by redirecting grants to more effective higher education institutions based on the rating. Similar work should be done in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) system, the akimat allocates more than 6 billion tenge for VET. It is necessary to formulate the demanded state order of personnel for the needs of the region," Timur Kulibayev emphasized.
