Atameken considers uniform rules for procurement of quasi-sector
The Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan received the Rules of procurement of goods, works and services by national management holdings, national holdings, national companies and organizations (hereinafter - the draft rules).
The draft rules provide for the definition of a single procedure for procurement by entities of the public sector in the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public procurement and procurement of entities of the quasi-public sector.
The draft rules will come into force on January 1, 2020.
