Eldar Zhumagaziev informs about new digital model of Atameken
The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs presented its development model, Digital Atameken, which will be based on a digital platform that includes entrepreneurship education, business financing, employment, and other services.
Deputy Chairman of the Board Eldar Zhumagaziev announced this during the VI Congress of the Atameken NCE RK.
"We need to become an effective institution for 1.3 million entrepreneurs. We set ourselves an ambitious goal. What do we need to do for this? To be digitized. We see no other option. In our Digital Atameken ecosystem of services, we wanted to replicate the path of life that entrepreneurs go through. Firstly, the entrepreneur learns the basics of business, then he looks for a niche for himself, gets government support, registers, gets a loan, recruits people to work," Eldar Zhumagaziev said.
Digital Atameken consists of six components: Academy, Maps, Services, G2B, Finance, and job. Atameken Academy is now fully operational. More than 25,000 Kazakhs have already learned the basics of online entrepreneurship.
"There are some problems with the existing ecosystem. As you know, we have Bastau, Zhas kasipker, Business school projects, etc., the graduates of these projects having presented certificates of course completion, then they can get financing from the Fund of Financial Support of Agriculture, microfinance organizations and banks of the second level. The key issue is the lack of transparency and the human factor," Eldar Zhumagaziev said.
The developers of the project plan to fight against this in digital format. All stages, including training, applying for financing and receiving funds, will be held online. According to the forecasts of the National Chamber, in 2020, the number of loans granted to students who have studied and applied for a funding online will be 30 billion tenge.
Also, the Atameken Academy platform will be open to private companies, which will be able to offer their training tools, taking into account their compliance with existing requirements.
Another service that has shown its demand at the pilot stage is Atameken G2B, a kind of Egov for entrepreneurs, which will bring together the central office, banks, foundations, local government agencies and notaries at one site of the multi-disciplinary center for serving entrepreneurs.
Thus, the new digital model will allow the National Chamber to become a truly mobile business assistant - from start-ups to active business entities.
