From a small company – to a large enterprise
For LLP "KATSA" the upcoming regional competition-exhibition "The Best Product of Kazakhstan" is the first one
Previously, the company has never competed for the quality of their products and services with other businesses. The head of the production unit of LLP “KATSA” Yulia Kapustina shared how the company grew from a small company into a complex full cycle enterprise.
- Please tell us about your company. How did you start this business?
- Our business has developed from a small company with a small bat and crushing-sorting unit to a large company, which today has a crushing and screening plant, which processes gravel-sand mixture from the field "Amangeldy", three asphalt plants, bitum storge with a railway siding, park of road-building equipment. Today, we are mainly engaged in construction, major, medium and current repairs of roads in the city of Taraz and the Zhambyl region, production of gravel-sand mixture, the production of fractionated rubble and technological mixture of washed sand, hot and cold asphalt mixes, stone mastic asphalt concrete. Since 2013, we build and repair roads of the city and the region.
Today LLP “KATSA” is equipped with an industrial base, repair shops, boiler room, car park and road construction machinery, its own artesian well with water tower, office building and household package for employees. The company employs 85 employees.
- In your opinion, what is the advantage of your company over the competitors in this sphere? How do you see the development of the company in the future?
- We focus on the quality of products and work. I'm sure in the business, this factor is always a major advantage. In the future, we plan to produce products for the road construction industry, as well as to engage in the construction, reconstruction, overhaul, medium and current repairs of roads across the country.
- In what contests and shows has your company already participated? What does participation in the contest-exhibition "The Best Product of Kazakhstan” give to business?
- In fact, we are participating in such a contest for the first time, of which, of course, we are very pleased. Undoubtedly, participation in it provides a great opportunity, it is presentation of a company to a large range of consumers, and the establishment of new relationships with suppliers in the future. Our expectations for the competition are high, we are focused only on winning!
