The villagers engaged in the cultivation of vegetables, got a soft loan under the program "Micro Kyzylorda"
The Head of State in his message gave instruction on the implementation of the food security program. One of the mechanisms for the implementation of this program – is to regulate prices of vegetables in the consumer market. Therefore, each year in the regions the system of greenhouses is revived to ensure the availability of vegetables.
The entrepreneurs of Karmakshy district are actively engaged in development of the greenhouses. Zhamitbek Tortulov lives at the station Korkyt of Karmakshy district. Being unemployed this year, Zhamitbek decided to do some business in order to feed his family. Being a hard-working man, he began to think about how to build a greenhouse and to grow vegetables. For this Zhamitbek addressed for help to the Chamber of entrepreneurs. Having received the necessary advice, he began the construction of greenhouses in the summer.
The loan that he has received at the Regional Investment Centre in the amount of 3.5 million tenge at the rate of 7 per cent, he spent on a greenhouse of 500 square meters and the stove, he connected the heating to it. Starting in August planting of vegetables, the businessman grew cucumbers, tomatoes, greens, he is going to sell tasty and environmentally friendly crop to fellow villagers and residents of neighboring villages Akai and Toretam and the town of Baikonur. The entrepreneur is going to build a second greenhouse for growing flowers.
"I was fired from work, it was necessary to feed the family. At first I wanted to grow cattle. But after consulting with relatives, I decided to take advantage of the fact that river Syrdarya is next to me and to build a greenhouse. Despite the fact that I did not know about the greenhouses, I decided to take a chance, I gathered information from friends and the Internet, and began work. The business goes well, there are results, I cope with it. In the future, I want to expand the area of greenhouses and to grow my business", - says Tortulov.
It should be noted that this year, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" and akimat of the region have launched a joint project "Micro Kyzylorda". NCE has allocated 300 million tenge, and akimat of the region 360 million tenge for the implementation of the project.
The peculiarity of the project is that it aims to finance entrepreneurs in rural areas. It is known that for villagers to get a bank loan – is a big problem, because they have no collateral to meet the relevant requirements of the banks.
The purpose of the project - with the help of micro loans to create new jobs, to reduce unemployment, to create conditions for development of cooperation, the implementation of projects for the processing and deep processing of agricultural products, assistance in the development of industrial infrastructure (warehouses, workshops for slaughtering, refrigeration and freezers, logistics) and marketing (mini-markets and shopping pavilions at highway Western Europe-Western China), combining a network of internal and external markets and distribution network.
LLP "Regional Investment Center "Kyzylorda" was nominated as a single operator.
Currently, 97 projects worth 610 million tenge were implemented.
