February: A new institute was created - the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan
Results of the work of the Business Ombudsman for 2016
According to Chapter 28 of the Entrepreneurial Code the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan was appointed, an institute of Business Ombudsman was introduced.
Organization of the business ombudsman's office at the central and regional level is completed.
In the period from 5th of April to 20th of July 2016 the Business Ombudsman and his staff held off-site meetings with the business community, leadership and prosecutors from all regions of Kazakhstan, during which they discussed the state of the business environment and problematic issues of regional entrepreneurship.
A series of meetings was also held with the first heads of several ministries, the Chief Justice and the Attorney General of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During 2016 (the period from January 1 to December 31) more than 600 materials on information coverage of the topic of strengthening the institute of the Business Ombudsman were published in the media.
There is a website of the Business Ombudsman www.ombudsmanbiz.kz, which was launched on 20th of May 2016. At the end of December of this year, more than 20 000 people visited the website.

Прилагаю видео моего обращения в КТК, где и акимат Талгара обещал помочь, но так и не мог даже повлиять на «ТОО Тауып», что бы мы продолжали работать пока идет суд, так же прокуратора Талгара и т.д. только отписывались.
