Lyailya Ravilevna manages confectionery enterprise which was established in 2004. Today, LLP is one of the leading manufacturers of pastry in the northern region. At the very beginning her team consisted of three people, now 150 employees work at production. An assortment of products increased over the years from 3 to 80. One of the priorities - is expansion of the export market with access to the world level and output that meets international standards. At the moment, the export share is 11.74% of the total sales volume. Therefore, the current address, in which the President particularly stressed the need to continue the industrialization with emphasis on the development of competitive export industries in priority sectors, it is very important for her as for a businesswoman. "I am the head of the food industry. We – are agricultural producers, and I fully support and understand the importance of the introduction of new technologies that will free up resources to improve productivity. The introduction of new technologies will also raise the level of competitiveness of our products and subsequently promote the export of our products, which will meet international standards. The development of transport logistics system will be integrated into the global production chain, transportation, sales of goods and services. Nursultan Nazarbayev said that we need to work very hard, and then we can become one of the world's largest manufacturers of agricultural export products, especially for the production of organic food. The brand “made in Kazakhstan” should become the standard of such products", - said Acting Chair of the Board of the Council of Businesswomen of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of NKR Lyailya Saidasheva.
