“Bastau Business" will deal with unemployed
In 7 regions will be held training within the frames of the project
The business training project “Bastau Business” has become one of the main achievements of NCE last year. After the successful implementation of the project in Mangistau region, it was included in the program of productive employment and the development of mass entrepreneurship and it will be implemented now in other regions of Kazakhstan, including Almaty region. There were conducted meetings to explain the essence of the project to residents and businesses of Eskeldinsk and Koksu districts.
The main objective of the project - teaching entrepreneurial skills, increase of the economic activity of the rural population through engagement of self-employed and unemployed people to business. According to the Director of the Department of Business Communication and State Language Development of NCE RK "Atameken" Baurzhan Orazgaliev, during the development of "Bastau Business" were taken into account the shortcomings of state programs of business training. There are no age limits to participate in the “Bastau”. It is open to the unemployed, self-employed and small entrepreneurs, who are planning to expand the business or household farm.
"The project has several features differing from other programs. First, the testing will be conducted, which will enable to identify potential participants. Secondly, the duration of training is 120 hours or 30 days. Individual classes will be conducted in the afternoon. In addition, the entrepreneurs will be taught public speaking skills, oratory, because later he will have to defend and to represent the project", - said the head of the Department.
Successful graduates of the training will be given a certificate of completion, which will give the opportunity to participate in obtaining a loan at 6% up to 18 million tenge.
Head of the unit of non-financial support of business Erlan Datkaev said that the acceptance of applications for “Bastau Business" has already begun. The training will be held in 7 districts of the region.
"In Almaty region the training will take place in Enbekshikazakh, Ili, Karasai, Sarkansk, Uighur districts and cities of Taldykorgan and Kapchagai. We plan to cover more than 1,300 people. Within a month, the participants will be provided with one meal, the grant of 16.8 thousand tenge", - he said.
In addition, during the meetings, residents and businesses were able to ask personal questions to representatives of NCE and the Office of employment cooperative coordination and social programs on creation of cooperation, subsidies, micro-credits and other relevant issues.
