The factors pushing entrepreneurs to corruption were determined
The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" by the results of sociological research "business climate" determined a list of the factors pushing entrepreneurs to resort to corruption schemes. They include a large number of requirements for entrepreneurs, unenforceable mandatory requirements or administrative procedures of public bodies, overpricing permits (licenses, certificates , patents, etc.), the desire of businessmen to evade responsibility for violating the law, long-term revision of appeals, forced payments under unfavorable administrative environment in order to maintain the business, frequent inspections, the desire to get additional competitive advantage of the entrepreneurs.
